1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bdtje platform ("Platform", "Website" or "Service") and the user ("you", "member"). bdtje operates an online gaming and betting platform that offers players in Bangladesh a range of casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and crash games.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person or family members, from the same device, or from the same IP address is prohibited. If evidence of multiple accounts is found, all associated accounts will be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided when opening an account must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Registering with incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all deposits and winnings. Any change in information must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.4 KYC Verification

bdtje may request the following documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time:

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to 120% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus generally cannot be added unless stated otherwise in the offer.

bdtje's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to a higher tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

6.1 Game Integrity

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Exploiting system bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
